Your full name and birth date may be necessary in order to confirm with the court that the citation in question is attributable to you. Such verification is often necessary before we can begin rectifying traffic citations on your behalf.

Once the form is completed, we will verify the information with the court and email you with a quote for our services. Our email will provide you with the choice to accept or decline our representation. Once accepted, we will go to court for you and negotiate your ticket(s). We will then inform you of the disposition of your case and provide you with instructions to fulfill any requirements the court may impose.
